Software

Any software made available for download from our Services ("Software") is copyrighted work owned by Ebani Tech and/or its suppliers. Usage of the Software is subject to the terms specified in the accompanying license agreement, if any. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of the Software, not in accordance with the applicable license agreement, is strictly prohibited by law and may result in legal penalties. For your convenience, Ebani Tech may provide patches, tools, or utilities for use and/or download through the Services. Ebani Tech makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the results or output derived from using these patches, tools, or utilities.

Documents

Permission to use documents, such as help topics, white papers, datasheets, and FAQs ("Documents") available through the Services is granted, provided that

• the document's copyright notice is included in all copies,
• usage of the Documents is solely for informational, non-commercial, or personal purposes and shall not be copied or broadcasted on any media or network computer, and
